The problem
Every regular player knows about it: spamming (Press a number between 0 and 10000 to get $100000! Type "blaat" and get $999999! Etc.). Highly irritating and the stupidest thing is that most players are reacting to it (seriously, do you guys believe this shit or something?) and spamming the whole chatarea to crap. Another spammy-thing is another dumb thing: "Press /q the get admin powers." and "<Player> has updated your privileges. Press ALT+F4 to gain these powers.". I allready saw that several players got kicked because of this "joke" (woohoo laughing my ass off ...
), but is is still a pain in the ass.
This ofcourse mostly happens when there are no admins or mods online.
The thing I don't get; why do most players think this is real? Why isn't every player ignoring this dumb shit?
A solution?
I think spamming in every sort of way may be rewarded with a ban. Goodbye, go spam your little sister or something if you think it's funny. Maybe a limit in the use of /showmessage or /accounce ? Any suggestions?
