After two years I joined back Las Venturas Playground in december previous year after a whole lot of other things and, ofcourse, school.
When I came back I remembered I had a channel with some extra property-information for Las Venturas Playground users. I thought a few months later that it would be fun to make it live and get it back again. Luckily I had the script somewhere saved and it only needed some editing to make it work for a few new things LVP had with properties.
Well, it's now even better! I completely rewrote the scripts to comply with the newest programming standards and laters features of Nuwani v2. This means for me and us that the downtime is less and programming new stuff is even faster and less time-consuming. Still you have to keep in mind, since I am a LVP Developer, that when needed - LVP devving has more priority!
The channel is alway's open, live and seeable in the #LVP.Properties -channel. There's the thing you can get extra information about the properties and such on LVP. Let me say what there is available know:

- The buying of properties visible in a nicer way (this color sucks, right?
)
- Idem, but also for the selling
- Compatible with the new sell all of properties
- Has a savehandler of 10 minutes (but I ain't sure if it is that amount of time)
- Extra statistics per prop and user, checkout: !cmds
- Working !players-command
- Anti-flooding system at long lists
- !cmds for a list of usable commands
- ...
