Can't access my old account

Haven't played GTAA for a while now and I've recently re-installed but I can't access my account so I'm guessing a few changes have occurred.

Would anyone be able to tell me if it's gone or..? It comes up in the search function as C0nverse_Old but that doesn't work as a username so..
