Talking about ATMs; some of them are missing, and some seem to be turned 90 degrees at their positions.

I think the ones you see misplaced on the map (just like the one you provided a screenshot of) are related to interiors. It is a common SA-MP bug, which also happens with player markers on the minimap.

We're aware of the missing ATMs, and we'll have a look at the issue asap.

About the weatherscript: we had bigger plans to redesign it completely, but since it looks quite broken at the moment, we'll have to postpone the planned features and write a simpler (working) script.
