[Bug] Not disappearing text-draws

Hello LVP developers,

Found another bug a few days ago.
This time it has something to do with text-draws.

For example if I join an area (the old VIP-room) which requires now a /permit, the textdraw (red one under the chat) never goes away. Unless I rejoin.
The textdraws (right-under) of someone going AFK or signup up for a minigame also doesn't "disappear". It keeps standing over there when someone is already back or even left the game but has signed up.

I don't see any red textdraw under the chat when entering the VIP room. Can you provide a screenshot?

Regarding the news textdraw: I think it's supposed to always show the latest event occurred on the server, and shouldn't go away until something else happens. Either way, news textdraws (and the rest of our custom UI) is going to be rewritten.

The old VIP-room, Kase. So the interior of the steakhouse near the Las Venturas Baseball-stadium. That one is a gamble-area so you get the buy a /permit-textdraw.
