Nishino not sending email

Nishino again is not sending emails. I first noticed this with the forums, I didn't receive any emails when I got private messages. I tested LVP Registration and I have still not received an email to activate my account. I would assume this is also an issue with LVM forums and registration, too. I think that email isn't working on the server at all, and not just isolated to the forums.
