I think if you have a gang sub forum and your the leader/main moderator(s).
You should be able to give permission to people who have signed up on the forum to look at your sub forum.
Because it will save you and your admin much more time if the gang leader/main moderator(s) of the sub forum could do it.

They can do it. Click the groups button at the top. Select your gangs subforum, and then select add members. You can also remove members there aswell.
