<connection lost> before login

Hi,
I just registered my account yesterday, but I'm not able to login and play. This is what happens:

When I enter the server I get the normal welcome messages. It's said that my account is registered and i have to login, but after few seconds I lose the connection to the server and I'm connecting again automatically. This just keeps going on until I leave by myself.
When I type /login password I get the message that my password is incorrect although I know it's perfectly right.

It happened 2 times so far, that I pressed Shift fastly and the first character (old hippie guy) was selected and I stood in the lobby.
From then on my connection didn't get lost anymore. I could run around as long as I wanted.
I didn't want to ruin this archievement ;-) by typing /login so I talked to an Admin. He got me into the game and I could play as supposed to.

Does anyone know why I'm losing the connection in the login phase and why it works when I'm in the game?

I installed my German version and MP 0.2.2. At first this didn't work so I copied the englisch cracked *.exe and from then on I could login to any server but this one.
Please help, this server is my favorite since I've been playing it some months ago but paused for a while.

Hmm, German version of GTA SA?
SA-MP requires GTAA v1.0 US/EU afaik, and not the German version.
Just applying a US/EU crack is probably not enough to work properly.

Perhaps you have a high ping or faulty internet connection that is causing loss. Try testing it in another server with a lot of players and high ping, see if it happenes there

I tried different servers - they did work. And what's so strange about it is, that i can actually play on this server when I'm logged in. But getting logged in is quite hard, as I told already.
There can't be any differences between US and German Version than the .exe file. Switching the exe gives me blood, kicking guys on the ground, etc...
The multiplayer didn't work at all before I used the englisch exe. I bet that not everyone on your server is using the US version.

Are there any ports to open up for SA MP? I might try disabling my firewall..

Last time, I had the same problem. But I discovered that my ISP is upgrading the cable under the sea and around my house(added more 8 Megabytes ). This probably your situation, or your pings,  IP's and also you can Google it.

I don't think that this is a problem with my cable, because it works properly by the time I get to log in. I guess it's either a problem with my version of SA (but I don't think that's very likely, since other servers work) or a problem with my router or internet setting or etc...

No one with any idea or even experienced the same problem?

Is there any slot to open up on my router? I just tried logging on and obviously it doesn't work when I get to login fastly. My connection always gets lost after some seconds. It seems that it had been accident, that it worked that one time.

I experienced it but it got fixed after some time. But after reconnecting like 4-5 times i could connect but i couldnt see armor/health pickups, i couldnt buy properties and sometimes i couldnt see ramps. I bought new router, reinstalled windowses, reinstalled samp, reinstalled gta nothin happened. All of a sudden it works! Thank god!
