Had the same thing. He killed me when I was at the ship, so I re-spawned at Jay's secret hideout and boom! Darkfire there.

Also davvv, he killed me some where that I quite don't remember and I re-spawned at Jay's secret hideout and boom ! Davvv with his infernus there

This happened commonly from Darfire

Now what do you call this ? Light speed ? Ultra speed ?  Well I can tell you one thing , no vehicle has this speed....

As this is 1 month old there's nothing we could do about this. In situations like this it would be best to report right away and not a few weeks/months after.
