Hey there!
A couple of mins ago [sLK]Darikfire (http://www.sa-mp.nl/players/87939/slk-darkfire.html), Letzfetz and me were in a fight with davvv. I throwed a couple of nades to lower his health, and after that Darkfire could easily kill him. Then Darkfire decided to turn against me, and started shooting me. At that point I went to the ship, and next thing I know I am jailed for 2 minutes.
Ofcourse you are all as suprised as I was, because why was Cake jailed? Darkfire decided to jail me because one of my nades seemed to hit him, and therefore I shiplamed. Yes fellas, that's the reason. There is no proof one of my nades hit him, and there is no proof that he might ran in one of them on purpose just for the sake of jailing me.
Not did he only jail me right away for the most vague reasons, he also didn't warn me. When I read the gameserver rules & regulations, I see that almost every situation is being handled with warnings first. People online always get a few chances before punishment is used, yet Darkfire didn't gave any. I am quite suprised why I wasn't warned; I didn't know I was doing something wrong, and monsieur Darkfire could just have told me that I was doing something wrong. Instead, when I ask for an explanation, I am told that I need to 'shut the fuck up'. The tendency toward jailing me right away suspects me Darkfire really likes his rights.
I would like to support my suspicion with something that happend earlier this month (2-7-2012, 19:51 GMT+1 for log checking), something that happend between 679alex and Darkfire. Alex was having a good time using RC vehicles, and all in the sudden Darkfire decides to use his rights to stop Alex doing that (tho, I can't remember in what way). Why, as you might wonder? Alex is a VIP, he paid for his rights, he paid to support the server, and yet somebody limits his joy? Why? Well lads, because Darkfire thought it was annoying! Yes, it blows your mind right... I have a few screenies left from parts of the discussion between Alex & me and Darkfire, where Alex and I try to understand why Darkfire abused his rights to stop Alex's fun. Later on, Darkfire calls us retards and doesn't want to discuss the situation anyhow. Typical here is that Darkfire didn't warn Alex at all before using his rights. Another typical thing is that Darkfire likes to tell people that they are 'retards', or need to 'shut the fuck up' when they ask for extra information about their punishment.
I am just here to tell you that I don't like to be treated this way, neither do I like seeing people being treated this way. Thanks for reading, thanks for the understanding. Enjoy your time on the server
*I apologize for any grammar/spelling mistakes made above.
