My old win7 was 32 bit though, so i don't think that's the problem. And yeah, just seen that 4gb is required for 64 bit. I'm going to re-boot it with my old format cd (32 bit).

I wouldn't recommend you to install 64bit on 2GB ram, because you can't. You need 4GB RAM to use 64bit.

no, it was 2gb and working quite well, after about 4months on 2gig 64bit i went for 6gigs.

For gaming, it rarely will work. Your computer will be slow and gaming is not really supported. You need 2GB to run Windows 7 32bit smoothly, let stand Windows 7 64bit.

2gb ram with 64bit Win-7 does work fine my dad used to use it and it ran perfect the only drama was he was used to XP so he rage quit and went back to XP
