what have i done? why was that stupid player following me  he was desturbing me by shooting  my car and there is no ban for him is dm is allowed in free zone? if he want to kil someone he must go to dm area . simply shooting in free zone

You can dm anywhere on the map besides on the ship.
You got reported for cheating and when I got there you seemed fine. Your vehicle took damage when you hit something.
However, when I got someone to shoot you, you suddenly stopped taking damage. Not only from his shooting, but also from the explosion I caused. I threw you up in the air to see if you took any fall damage. Since you didn't take any there either, I banned you.

You can't blame someone else for cheating yourself. If someone shoots you, it doesn't mean you should install cheats.
