Let the beta team reply on CSI topics.

I was reading this topic and I wanted to reply to that with that. But I was unable to.

I think it would stimulate the development of this server if the people that are involved in the process (we) are able to respond on topics in the CSI board on topics we know more about. In the example I gave; I could've informed Kase about a topic I opened months ago on the same subject and that there were already ideas ready to be deployed.

There should off course be rules regarding posting, like no opinions, only information/other topics, until a member of the dev team has replied for example.

It's a great idea oost, ofcourse there will be rules so those that try to flame will get punish cookie.

I agree with Sophia's idea. Creating a separate board for Complaints and Suggestions / Ideas is definitely a more practical solution. Perhaps, oostcoast, you could mention it in .man sometime?

I +1 this. Complants should be handled in a separate board where only admins can reply, and suggestion and ideas have to stay in a board where everyone (or at least the beta team) can reply.

thing is everyone like to help. everyoone got diff. views and ideas. and since people can express it . they have to wait for the next version most of the time before they can suggest anything.
so not only the VIP/Beta team but all should be allowed to post.

this way Dev. team can broaden the ideas people can post pro's and con's which really will be helpful ..
