When the gang bank is almost full, you will have to deposit an exact amount of cash to make it completely filled. Otherwise, you get an error saying that you can't have more than 2 bil on the gang bank.
When you bank cash on your general bank, it will just bank the certain amount of cash needed to get it filled. Isn't it possible to get this done for the gang bank as well?
