As I told MrElmo in his complaint topic, there's a poll right here: http://forum.sa-mp.nl/index.php?topic=29985.45
And as of now, the poll clearly says that players don't want carparking to be a lamekill. So it won't be touched.
About drive-by- I think it's a bit too "drastic" to have such default punishment. I'd let the killed player decide. About the jail option, I'll have to talk with the other crew/developers and get back to you. But I think it should get removed too.
Carbombs, I thought the speed bonuses were fixed! I'll test it myself and get back to you. If they're not fixed, I'll remove them.
