[Suggestion] Gangbase and weapons.

Hi.

First, the gang spawn for gangs who own the GB is gay, impossible to overtake the GB, not to mention the gang can add their spawn somewhere else, like Caligula, which is gay.  +1 for remove the gang spawn.

Second: When someone get killed, their weapons is left on the ground, if I run into them, I can get a ak47, tec9 etc, while I use m4 and uzi, so I have to go to ammu and re-buy a weapon, to get the one I like. +1 for adding it to pressing tab to get the weapons, or simply remove it.
