[Help]0.3c Objects

I recently added 0.3c objects to my MTA , and i am not able to convert them.. cause of the ID changes..

this is the converter.. but its not working for me.. apparently its not gonna get updated for 0.3d maybe thats why..

is there any other alternative to convert 0.3c objects from MTA to Samp ?
