Well, just take for example the Call of Duty MW2 arena, you don't spawn in range but it's a short run.

In case you don't know how to invite people using the rocket launcher: go to /taxi 12 (the LV Fight club) and walk to the skull. When you stand "on" the skull, a menu will pop up. Use that menu to invite your opponent.
