Man to be honest I don't know exactly when either. As it's said on IRC: "We are still on 0.3c. We will update to 0.3d and 2.94 soon."

We've basically been waiting for SA:MP 0.3d, since no one knew exactly when it would be released. I'ld say to wait a few more days. :)
