[Idea]Limo bot

I purposes a new bot, Limo bot.

When I think about Las Vegas I imagine Casino's and people with their head trough the roof of a limousine on the Strip.
I think it would add some dynamics to the zone around the ship, for instance people could jump on the roof , jack it, shoot at it.

The limo would drive from the 4dragons up to the y split near fight club, turn around to go back.

Maybe jacking it could trigger some the red one mission, or it it worth more at the export.

Maybe this is a feature we could add to the next version. We do intend on adding more NPCs, such as bus drivers etc.

For now, lets dish out the main meal before working on dessert
