[C] time bugged

Hello there,
theres a complaint regarding time change in game !
Time changing in every 5 seconds like day, then night, then evening, morning and then again it starts changing...going to /world 1 then /world 0 that also doesn't even work now..this time change makes game laggy whenever it change and iterrupts duels like if we are dueling and suddenly it changes to night it's very annoying !
I think many people are annoyed who all are active in game !
so i would like to request admins to fix this time change !

I just joined to check, and it seems fine to me. Maybe a staff member was playing with the weather?

i think its fine now ..it was bugged before u login'd..now its ok !
