And I think Db revenge menu isn't a punishment. It is an answer. Because in my opinion Db is an unfair freeroam or fight feature. You can get advantage as most ppl say. like 2shoots Heli kills.. as we know usually Lamers or noobs, use it, we shouldn't let them to kill us within unfair ways. if I had counted the db kills of Zabitsuyu, it would have 1000+

I personally am fine how it is right now and therefore I voted no, although since there are features such as the carbombs, the RC Baron (which are only for some people), it possibly should be completely allowed without punishment as well.

New players' mind: "So if I DB someone I get jailed or w/e, but there are people who can kill me with RC baron without any punishment. Funniest part is that I can't use it " lol

It might not be exactly "fair", but it will never be anyway.

If a bunch of people kill a guy who have barely played SA:MP that's not fair either, but no one complains about it.

Maybe the revenge menu should show up only in some particular situations, such as when a gang member's capturing / defending a turf. I'm not sure if it would work, but yeah, my vote's still no.
