i Pmed 2 admins for it and got no reply;;;

the thing is that i cant reply or make a topic on [CSI] complaints and niether in help requests on forum!!!!

Should be fixed now. Normal admins cannot fix it, requires someone with access to the admin panel on the forum. Which should be every management member.
