But yeah it's still in beta stages and already millions of users

Okay well I haven't used the Google Plus much, or for long, and so haven't seen the "stream" yet. I'm still trying to work my way round that thing.

And I know it's really popular already.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Well I wasn't talking about Google Plus then. I don't know what it is called though.

I made a profile on Google in which you put info on (like Facebook) and have friends. And you can share stuff (like the Google +1 button you see on sites). I wasn't invited. Maybe I don't see the live feeds because that's not Google Plus, in which case I don't know what it is.

That sounds exactly like Google+ though.

I'm looking at an "Updates" page right now, which is exactly like Facebook's live feed, if you don't see this, try clicking the first button on the right of the Google+ logo on top of the page (the one that looks like a house).

I don't see any Google + logo though. At the top of the page I just see the search bar with "Google profiles" to the left of it and the userbar at the top of the page with "Mail", "Calender", "Documents" etc to the left and my email address (username) to the right, with the little cog on the far right.

And don't you still have to get invites to Google+? Since I never got one (and I never asked for one), I don't think I'm talking about Google+. I don't see Google Plus mentioned anywhere on the Google profile. And when Google told me to make a profile it always called it a "Google profile", not "Google Plus profile".

Maybe I'm in the first stages of it and the better stuff with the live feed is unavailable to the public. That doesn't explain why it wouldn't call it Google Plus though.

Google has much more info about you then Facebook, So.. doesn't really matter what you choose.
