I hope they don't 'remake' anything. I want a new story with new characters, not gangsters either. I want druglords, mafia, cartels and biker gangs.

For real now though, I wouldn't mind if it were to be played in Vice City again. I believe a San Andreas remake would be way too big though.

I don't want to play in LC again. I don't think they would be able to make San Andreas again... you're right, the size of the map would make the game absolutely huge (in file size, I mean).

Unless they only make one of the islands, but that would ruin the charm of San Andreas.

Anyway, I hope they make either Vice City or a new map. Or even return to London.

Where did you hear that ? And its not sure they making a Vice City title ,nothing is sure yet - I just prefer a story in Vice City , a whole new layout of the map (with better GFX) , better night life and stuff like it could be awesome !

Sure they are currently putting lots of time and contribution on other games, but lets remind when GTA IV was released? April 29th, 2008. Afterwards they released 2 stories with the exact same map, just changed few things including some textures. Editing that wouldn't even take 6 months. So, counting from 2008 - 2009, 2010, 2011, the beginning of 2012, almost 4 years(or should we add the other half of 2008 as well? that would be 5 years) is a big period to make something creative, hell even remake San Andreas. Also, I shall remind that it's not a fact that the new GTA will be released in 2012. It's a pretty much of prediction. Some idiots found something fake to spread around and now people are believing it although the "LC is finally over" rumor is quite believable.
