Never render in AVI it always uses Shitload of Space... Go for WMV like danny said... or if want want fine quality
there must be a Preset "H.264" (dont know if its there in SV .. i have it in AE) it barely gives me 10 Mb for 2/3 Mins

It compresses the video(if possible) to a small size... without any quality loss
