Alright, so, I started being awesome practicing on ramping to different spots.. And I actually became pretty good at it, in fact, I'm a pro now. Now we comes to that part when you have been ramping so much that your NRG starts to take damage, and fire spits out.. What would you do when you're on one of the highest building in LV totally alone with 3 players in-game? Would you abuse a bug (yes you know what I'm talking about) (or for you to abuse the /vr cmd) which burst the fire away just to finish the last stages, or just a few jumps left to finish your rout? Then head over to Pay n' Spray and fix it, and find a new rout.

OR..

Would you get off your bike, let it explode.. Find a new bike, start over again (long track), hope not to break your bike again so you could finish your awesome stunting trip and logoff with a smile?

I've been stunting allot with people the last few days, and I always asked an admin to fix my bike when I was high up in the air or at places which was tricky for me to finish without an repair.. I never abused the bug when an admin was in-game, because then I always could give them a word were I'm asking if they can be so nice and fix my bike? And I ofc get a yes. I was actually looking for new spots I could suggest in the new minigame I'm making a movie of, so thanks for that. But, to make this short, there were no admin/mod in-game at this point, and just 3 players in-game, it isn't shush a big deal, in fact, it's not a big deal at all. It's a ban which I feel is just for having a reason for banning me.

.. And yes, you came in as undercover, watched me for a while (when I did what I told above^) and then warned me through a PM, then straightly /q'ed after. I told you in the main chat the short story of what I said above, but you only putted the hammer down for a lil hair in the straw. How often do I abuse/flame and all the other shits that you hear every day? This ban is useless, and you should unban me straight away, MacSto.

Because this is not the first time you abused the bug, I already pretty much knew what bug it was before joining. Nevertheless, I joined, and watched you for about 15 minutes. Instead of banning right away (which I could have easily done), I decided a respectful warning in PM would be enough. To be exact, it went like this;

The player who reported me was DeadBrainGamer, he knew what I was doing, and he also know that I were alone stunting doing nothing with just 3 players in-game(and that's something I told him, as I remember). And, I didn't realize he was temped until I actually got banned (so no, I couldn't have asked him for help), because I have never seen him been that before.

But hey, you went telling him if I did it again, alone with almost 0 people on the server, doing nothing but stunting having fun + breaking new records of myself... That Zhe /ban command would make this not happen again, right? That's the end of the story for you, right? You had to take this to the public, was it worth it? I know bug abuse is bug abusing, but this is a complete different scenario with a different reason behind it, and you knew that, which you also could of have told him.

Yes, a short while after I did, because then I had just been at the Pay n' Spray repairing my car for a new rout/stages, which ended up at the highest building in SF that I ramped from LV(yes, Las Venturas) to make it happen, and I fucking made it! \o Happy as hell, but then I hitted a wall, during spinning around there, used the bug again to survive to take me down to another house which could bring me down to the pay n' spray right below without dying, with 3 people in-game + me doing nothing than cruising + having fun alone, you told him to ban me, not cool at all.

Last time I got banned for this is months ago, and if I'm not terrible wrong, I did it on purpose along with estroe as I remember..
And yes, if this ban is really worth 4 weeks, and which that is what you do according to the ordinary rules, you should give me 4 weeks.
I spend so damn much time playing at your services, I'm a old school and just doing what I like doing at LVP, and you ban me for this little hair in the straw? Alright, thank you.

If we wanted players to be able to repair vehicle health, we would give /vr access. You also could have gone to a map zone, where you have all access to the /vr command. Just because you are an "old school" player certainly doesn't mean you are allowed to break the rules. In fact, you should know the rules even better because of this.

That's not my point at all, did you even read what I told you above? Yeah, maybe you could been the ONE suggesting me to go to map zones instead of banning/warning me? Because I didn't know I could go outside the map-zones freeroaming like I do in the main world where I ain't able to /vr.

Yes, and all those times I was ''warned'', I was just having fun with those admins (private), and yet they still didn't care because It's just something random what happened there and then for fun between those current admins & me.
