New UI Strings (Opinions, grammar mistakes, additions)

Here is a list of strings I have typed up for the server, pretty much make things a bit more organized and noob-friendly, I would like some opinions, corrections, and if you have any additions you would like to add, feel free to post below. This really isn't too much for the experienced players, more just to make it easier for new people who join.

(Also, wouldn't it be nice to have a color theme of like, Yellow/Green/Light-blue/Red/Pink ? Currently everything is all different colors and kind of an eyesore to keep up with if not paying attention.)




-Welcome message upon joining the server-

Line 1: "Las Venturas Playground is based upon San Andreas'" - changed "apon" to "upon" and removed the "s" as it's not needed when a word that is possessive ends with an s. So just the apostrophe is needed really.

Other than that it looks and sounds good.

There definitely needs to be some improvements to the wording. We may even deprecate most chat messages and create a single player like interface: a black box in the corner with text, or a textdraw similar to the "Open your parachute" style message.

Oh that's cool. I guess that I've seen a server with something similar before. Is it the most used commands or the last commands that were used? It'll be very useful for new players.

I like, but it seems a bit too bulky, too many text draws on the screen at once. It would be nice to keep it clean and compact.

Maybe there could be an optional command to hide it. For new people it's obviously appellative and I believe they prefer it like this. That command would be mostly done for people like Midnight, who might not have anything useful to do tomorrow and will probably decide to complaint about it.

Just one thing: what will happen to the gang messages? It is supposed to be located where that new table is right now.

In the mean time I've been working on the race handler. Adding a few improvements to make races a lot more interesting
