[Idea]Gang bases

I am sure this was purposes before but I think mine is a bit different:

Gangs members on LVP are or infront of the ship, or at fightclub. I am certain they also want to relax a bit.
Therefore, I would like gangs to be able to buy/own a private property with interior in which they can chillout/heal/drink ect.

I have found 3 possible types of properties.

• Casino's on the strip.
  
  These are the Casino's on the strip, like in the real world they are owned by maffia and other baddies.
  
  
• Casino's on the small strip
  On the upper north part of the strip there's a street with only smaller casino's.

Here the interior can be ungradable.

• Empty plots
  
  Its a bit like GTA:Vice City Stories where you can build a empire. An Empire is basically an warehouse or a brothel which can be upgrade from a smalltime operation into a huge factory.
  
  I purpose that as a gang(leader) you can buy an empty plot and choose to build a gang hangout there.
  
  So all locations have an interior in which only granted players(gang members) can enter. Inside there would be couches, pickups enz.

The gang leader can 'invest' into the hangout by buying; bigger interiors, a bar, weapon pickups, health pickups, vehicles infront of the door, a helicopter on the roof for attacks (maverick) and.. strippers (jaybot's).
Also they would be able to turn the radio on and switch stations

An possible addition to the idea is a war system in which rivaling gangs can 'attack' a base (like turfs) after which the property will be destroyed/taken over.

A completely game changing idea! It literally would, in my opinion, attract certainly a lot of new players. I used to love Empire building in GTA VCS!
I must say having a feature like this on a SA-MP server would be a dream.
We could offer lots of cool unique features to each empire too. For example, a gang could takeover/build a vehicle shop, and when a player sprays their vehicle at pay n spray they get the money. They could also create and own there own gang car.

Obviously, the amount of work involved in making a dynamic system like this would certainly make this a single feature worthy of a whole new version. Maybe this is something I'll consider for the next version. I think a whole new child board in the forums need setting up for this though since it involves a lot of scripting and requires a lot of discussion.
