Pro account limit increase

So I reached my 40 mil limit in my pro account, followed to instructions to increase the limit and it tells me my account is over the limit or something (can't remember exact wording) so I made sure only 40 mil was in the bank, and removed all the money I had on hand. Still no luck.

If anyone can help, I'm all ears.

You need 1 more pluspoint then you can bank 60 Millions.
Each Pluspoint, gives you the possiblity to bank 20 Millions more.
I guess you have 1 Pluspoint atm. The maximum Pluspoints are 20 that means you can maximumly bank 400 Millions.
I'm sure if you have enough hours played on LVP for the 2nd Pluspoint, the admins will give you one.
And please stop always asking for such things, you can do that ingame too. If not, use some search function

Slein gave me two plus points, I used one to make the account, I should have another but still. Why is it telling me my account is full and not that I lack the required plus point?

you cant "use" pluspoints, you cant create a pro bank after i have more then 0 pluspoints (they dont go away)

btw, the first pluspoint only gives u 5 mil more bank space (to make the number even)
