Seems to me that the opinions on this are failry balanced, if that makes sense, and having one central point to collect money could possibly be a fair alternative.

that or...

sounds like a good idea.

The main issue I have with that is that 95% of people will be lazy, and simply turn it to automatical. The whole point of making people drive to their properties to get money is to make them actually do _something_ for their money, instead of just buying the property and having cash coming in every few minutes. And tbh, I doubt people'd drive to their properties instead of having it on auto just for a small bonus.

If I could revoke my answer I would say no, people do have a good point, no need for complications to a simple system.

What if you could only have one perm. property, or you could post it forsale yourself for a certain price.. all props have a low-ish starting price then someone could buy and sell for more money

Permanent properties I must say aren't even worth discussion.

Issue is it goes directly against the whole point of this topic anyways, this system is supposed to keep people off the ship and moving around, if people had props offline, well, then they don't need to go anywhere at all.

people with lets say 30 props would have to drive around the map all their time and wouldnt even be able to just play normally
