Whenever I join a game in GTA on my left i have a black streak and it causes everything to be smaller and me not being able to see my map or health can anyone help me I don't know what the problem is.

Sounds like a resolution issue to me.

Go to your control panel and display settings, or something like that. I can't check right now, I'm on my phone :P. Try setting it to the highest resolution. Also, when you connect to a server it might ask what resolution you would like to use. Mine does that, anyways :)
