4670 is a decent card, should run BO med/high, but unless you upgrade your CPU, any newer models will most likely be useless.

Remember to check if what you're buying is compatible with other pc parts, especially motherboard, or you'll end up wasting loads of money.

I recommend buying a high-end PC, so you won't need to buy other parts in a year or so. I'd go for a quad core, i5 and a 5xxx or 6xxx ATI HD series (remember to check DX11 compatibility). But yeah it's up to you. Hitman made a cool topic about gaming PCs, take a look there.

Oh and to run BO, BC2 and GTAIV smoothly a quad-core is a must imo. ;)

cheap = sucky, honestly.  If you want a pc that will be able to run IV, you won't be able to get 'cheap' parts.

^ That too, but you can get some good video cards like 5770HD paying 150€.

Yeah, and keep in mind you won't go far with less than 400€.  ;)

One question..
Does it fit with my specs?

200$ is enough to get an HD 4850 and a nice quad core CPU IF you get it used off eBay.

[Edit] that card should fit with your specs, you'll be able to play BO med/high, but GTAIV you pretty much MUST have a quad core.
