Graphic, err, competition

Yo ladies,

I'm testing out some uber hacks but need some help with someone who is good at graphics.

I need someone to make an amendment to the LVP logo. Not the full logo, just the little bubble zip thingie part of it (this):

The amendment I want you to make is simple: Add a speech bubble, or some kind of nice font which displays the words "2.94". Nice and big so it stands out, but not bigger than the logo itself obviously. Maybe it could be in the form of a horizontal stamp over it or something, or it could be in a nice bubble gum blue or pink font.
Use your imagination!

Then using a cool new method, we will attempt to draw the logo and show it ingame! Something no server has ever managed to do!

Whoever makes the best logo gets there own ingame vehicle parked wherever they want with their own personal license plate!
