[C] Gang balance in negative x_O

This morning, i guess some problem with the lvp server, people were timing out n stuff.

I took out 300k from our gang bank, bought spawn weps and stuff.. then i timed out with a couple of guys.. after a while server responded again and i was unable to withdraw any money from the gang bank and even the money in the gang bank turned to negative

I can't really fix the value from IRC or so. I guess I would have to be in your gang, and manually get it back up..
