what the hell is wrong with youtube?

When I login to youtube, it sends me to google saying that I haven't verified my account yet whilst I have done that like two times.. every time I login it sends me to google and it tells me that I need to enter my mobile phone cuz I haven't verified my account, but when I go to youtube again, and click on sign in... I'm signed in without even typing the password.
