Question about my pc lag/disconnection

Hey guys, I have like a horrible FPS lag and I aint gotta clue how to fix it and I gotta minimize it to get it out of the way, but sometimes I cant get back ingame it stays at the menu screen and I keep clicking the resume game and nothing and if I press enter it freezes and I gotta log off and log back into my PC account. Its really annoying, if one of you had this problem and you fixed it please talk me through steps please?

happened to me alot when i had vista (upgraded to windows 7)
just do CTRL + ALT + DELETE (Task Manager) then go to Processes, click on gta_sa.exe and End Process. Then go ingame again; takes 30seconds.

that shit is like from 2003-2004.. and even than it couldnt be called high-end. no surprise he lags like hell

To sum it up, your computer is outdated and shitty.

Have a look at the stickied Gaming PC Guide in this forum section - and then save up some cash and buy a real PC that can handle games.
