I dont really know what i did. I was driving around the city then i got banned.

I saw a player whom I recalled that I had recently banned for cheats, so I checked out his/her logs and also IP addresses for names. And it turns out your name has been used on an IP that's banned for cheating. Your IP having been banned for cheats makes me think you're using a different IP to evade the ban.

How do i use a diffrent ip? I got this game yeasterday and i got banned. What should i do to get unbanned?

You don't get unbanned just by appealing, you get unbanned if your banner thinks that you are incorrectly banned. So what you should do to get unbanned is to truthfully answer any questions I have that are relevant to the ban.

"[NN]ToxicC" got banned for money cheating on an IP address, said IP address have your name used to connect as well. So you might be the same person who's trying to evade. You might be the owner of said IP address and should therefore remain banned. What I'd like to know is how both [NN]ToxicC and [NN]R3M had connected from the same IP address, which is banned.

Me and ToxicC is on a LAN party and we are useing the same ip. So he cheated i got banned to? But when he comes home  he can play again beacuse he useing another ip? But i cant play anymore?

If that is what happened, then indeed you will stay banned. Your IP, your responsibility.

Neither of you will be getting unbanned. Your IP is your responsibility, you should've prevented him from using cheats. So both of you will remain banned.

The rules say that cheating is awarded with a permanent ban from Las Venturas Playground. So it will not be for one month, it's for an eternity.
