because he exit out shot me and when he no have health run in interrior and buying drink for refill and again exit and shot..

I said above , when me tp at he , he use command for start a minigame because he no have health..I've been banned on 30 minutes after I killed him skcu. In every day i meet people who play with code and bugs abusing , I met many players who do Avoid Death (esc, taxi, tp, world), but I was bored to report because some admins /mods ban just what they want.
I can kill he, but he run all time in interrior, when i am in fight he come out from ammu and shot in me, and when he remaining with 10 hp run in interior for buy new armor, he repeating always. And this bugs its work for admins/mods, they must fix it. it's more bugs in game.

Anyway, if you think people are bug-abusing, you start abusing as well? I recommend /report next time.
The dev team is always repairing bugs, but they can't fix sa-mp bugs.
I'll give you the same banlenght as [NB]Zaibatsu had, and that's 3 days.
When you're unbanned you will never abuse any known and unknown bug.
