I can read topics and what's so terrible if i say 'welcome' ? I mean it's a intro board.

The problem is if they're not introducing themself and they're not new, saying welcome is useless and makes you look like you post for the post count. And no, I'm not saying you do post just for a post count, but that's what it makes you look like.

If you read the topic you'd know this isn't an introduction. Yes, it's in the intro board but it's more of a help topic.

You posted welcome to R3dH4wk's topic even though he's not new and his topic should've been in the offtopic bullshizzle section.

Can't you ever read topics before posting welcome everywhere? I know he said he's new here, but he wasn't really introducing himself, nor was R3dH4wk in his topic (and he's not new).
