Uhm, so yeah I just went on and got muted first twice for using one line of capital letters to express a loud song I was listening to.

Afaik it's allowed to use CAPS if it's used for expressing urself further.
Just like using smileys, or sing like TEF usually did.

I heard three others getting muted for nothing by this fellow, since they complained (eh flamed) at him.
Anyhow, I got muted again after I survived a cheater with a minigun as you can see in the image below.
You could also check the logs if you want, pretty much is said there.

I once got my vipmod removed for a joke against bluefox (a 3 second mute), so I don't see why he should get away with this.
