Hello.
So my computer is like a goddamn airplane due to the massive noise it makes,Is there any way reduce my computer fan speed? Maybe reduce the rpm?

Greetings,

You could purchase a fan controller, and that would do what you wish. Just make sure you get the right type for your fans.

Alternatively, if your fans are connected to your motherboard they automatically control themselves, or with proper software could be manipulated manually.

open your case, check for any dust.

cleaning it can make a huge difference sometimes.

I dont think that dust is the problem, I've built this computer like few months ago and at the first bootup it made the same noise.
Anyways, I'll look for dust in the evening, gotta go to school now :( :'(

So you build it yourself completely now?

Check your airflow. Noise has to do a lot with airflows. Buy proper fans is a must too. And add some an controllers or add a resistor yourself.

Good luck

the noise might be due to the stock cooler that comes with the cpu

generally when you're playing a game the loudest fan is your GPU's when its changing RPM to compensate for heat. If it is that fan then I wouldn't mess with it. If its a case fan or cpu fan then thats a different story - you can replace those or change the fan speed. You need to figure out which fan it is before we can help you
