Actually it's quite a paradox what Cobra said: when player mentions "black community people" he gets a suspicious admin's eye on himself and if player would say "white community people" no one would care about it. Everybody talks about how equal races should be treated but the very same separation (which, for example, Cobra mentioned) between white and black makes the result that we don't treat all races in the same way. The conclusion is when you separate who should be muted for saying "black" or "white" and who shouldn't you DON'T treat the races as equal.
Treating the races same way would be if crew would mute players who BOTH say "black people" and "white people" or shouldn't mute anyone for saying that.
P.S. I haven't read all this topic so I don't know if anyone already said what I've just said.
