Right now its pretty clear that we need some new devs.
I'd like to organise a new recruitment scheme:
Create a child board in Las Venturas Playground related subjects for developer applications. Create an application form that players must fill out. They must detail their previous experience and explain in a few words why they think they would be a suitable developer. We can then test them by assigning a basic task for them to complete. If they're good enough, they're in.

It would be cool to get this setup and get some new devs in before Christmas. thoughts?
