Deagle spawn bug

Well just had this, I logged in, quickly made /taxi 0 went out of ship ran to a vehicle and then drove to ammonation.
After that my Deagle didn't Spawn.

2. Has the bug already been fixed? (check it here!)
3. Did the bug only happen once, or can I reproduce it?
4. Is it a problem in San Andreas: Multiplayer problem?

- Give a proper description of what happens.
- What were you doing when the bug occured?
- Who else have witnessed this bug?
- What do you think the cause might be?
