I think when parking on top of someone it should count as a Lame kill because its annoying when a noob drives up and parks on you and not being able to punished him/her.So please consider this

Perhaps it could be counted as a lame kill, but I think it's a bit harsh to punish for it.

Well then how about this then.The first time it's should be just a warning,then after 2 or 3 times they should get punished?
