There is only one thing that we have to thank for all these low temperatures: Global warming!

A big part of global warming is that it actually smelts the ice on the north pole, wich cools down the gulf stream, wich then again cools down whole europe and eastern america
Global warming makes it super hot for southern countries, asia, africa etc, but cold for us.

there was snow in Estonia for almost 1.5days! now its raining hard.

Yeah, we had a big storm today afternoon and it snowed a little but it only lasted for about 10-20 minutes... and the snow melted quite quickly.

Stormed yesterday and tomorrow early morning, but apart from that, there basically was no winter.
