Anyone know where I can download a clock widget that doesn't use my system time?

You can choose your own time. Just Click on the little clock on the bottom right of your screen

Then choose "Change date and time settings"

Then click on the tab that says "Additional clocks"

You're a smart enough lad to work it out from there.
