If you see a noob running around, crashing his car, walking into walls, or getting killed in less than a second, then that's probably me. 

Hello.  I'm on my third day of sa-mp, and I think my second day of trying out the LVP server.  It seems pretty cool except for the fact that I keep getting killed, but hopefully I'll get better.

So if you see me on the sever, say hello before you kill me.  Or afterwords, it doesn't matter.  Thanks.

2nd Edit:
I guess I'll put a little more and risk a tl;dr.  I got San Andreas the first day it came out for the PS2.  I played it to death.  I got my 100%.  (yeah, congratulations me).  Anyway, a few years ago I saw SA for the PC for less  than ten bucks, so I picked it up.  Sadly, it didn't play on my comp.  Well, about a month ago I got a new comp, and it played on it.  So I played it to death again.  Well, maybe not to death, but enough to where I was starting to get bored.  So then I tried out some mods and stuff.  They're pretty cool, but I got bored with that, so that's when I thought I'd try online play. 

I started out by getting banned from one server, I forget the name.  Seems like I forgot about my mods and stuff.  I had the godmode mod, and that's pretty easy to spot when someone blast you with a rocket launcher and you don't receive any damage.  So I cleaned out my cleo folder and tried again.  The first couple of servers I went to, people seemed to be waiting at the spawning points ready to blast my head off.  That's no fun when you don't have any weapons or armor, and they do.  Then, on the SA-MP forum, I saw a video posted about LVP and thought it looked cool.  While I still get killed pretty quick, I haven't had the bad luck of being spawned next to someone with a couple of sawed-off shotguns ready to blow me away.  Plus, you get a few weapons when you spawn on this server.  That's pretty nice.  Well, that's how I found out about this place, if anyone cares.  See ya online.

I have a question, if anyone can answer here, or I'll try another forum in a bit.
My character is spawned as a clown now.  Is that normal?  I mean, I no longer get to choose a skin or whatever you call it.  Thanks.

About your skin:

Press F4 then /kill

Choose you skin and then use /my char save, to save it, when you login you'll get always that skin. Sometimes there are a bug which makes you spawn with CJ skin, you just have to use /my char load
