The GTA SA Ruckelfreier Patch v1.2 is indeed only found on german websites, cos the creator of the mod is german and never really promoted his patch lol, but its quite useful.

Removes clouds in the sky, dust particles, and similar useless crap. Good for weak PCs or laptops.

i dunno if an english installer is available, if its only the german one and you dont know what to click, alert me on IRC tomorrow and i'll help you out

why are you spreading a mod that gives unfair advantage over others. this mod should be illegal. you cant just look at the mod and then look at lvp and think im gonna fight on foot so i dont need any clouds in my game. if your having a 1on1 with rustler you get an advantage over the other player if clouds are removed. i cant believe how mod infected the sa-mp shit community has become and how everyone thinks its ok to alter the game however they want. it all started with some innocent skins and sound mods but now your actually altering the game itself and nobody is saying anything.

sowwy BoSS, but i dont think anyone still does rustler fights nowadays, and its not like i care

the few FPS it gives extra helps lots of people that would have bad FPS lag otherwise, giving them a way bigger advantage in fights due to warping and 8shots then the removal of a few clouds in the sky^^

Sadly, those aren't the real mods who give unfair advantage over others. We got much worse things than that, which are not meant to improve your FPS like this one, but actually to "cheat" without being detected in any way. I don't see how helping a guy who warps and 8shots getting a smoother game to improve OTHERS' gaming experience (if he really wanted to have an unfair advantage, he'd keep on 8shotting and warping) is to be considered unfair.

i dont care about all the other and much worse mods out there. im talking about how this mod gives an unfair advantage when your fighting in the air. maybe there arent many rustler fights in lvp but there are other servers out there and he will still have an unfair advantage over there thanks to admins that help him install illegal mods. i dont care if the kid 8 shoot or warps like borat. it doesnt give the right to install mods for making street fights more even but in the process making airfights unfair. GTA san andreas is 6 years old so if you still have idiots that warp or lag because of slow pc i suggest you ban then instead of telling them how to use illegal mods
